Our resident photographer, George Fazio, certainly got around this weekend. He was on hand for the 37th annual Victorian Stroll yesterday in Troy, which drew thousands of hearty souls – and quite a few dogs, a number of whom got into the spirit with festive headgear, neckwear and sweaters.

This popular event is presented by the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce and includes dozens of live performances by musicians, dancers, magicians and storytellers, along with an arts and crafts show, antique fire truck rides, a horse-drawn carriage and more.

The purpose is twofold: To celebrate the city’s history while also showcasing its modern-day amenities, including businesses, eateries and arts and entertainment offerings.
